POSITION AVAILABLE: PART TIME RESTAURANT SERVER
START DATE: ASAP REPORTS TO: Director of F & B
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledge of restaurant services
• Greets and seats guests, takes food and beverage orders
• Prepares table for service, keeps work area clean and properly stocked
• Ensures all food and beverage items meet company standards prior to delivery/service
• Thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu, up selling menu items and beverages
• Accommodate special guest requests and provide information about hotel services whenever necessary
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to stand, walk and bend for 8 hours
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Pleasant manner and excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Thorough and detailed oriented
• Ability to work with independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility in shifts: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
